I am passionate about helping others navigate uncertainty. I believe that therapy is a collaborative relationship built on trust, validation, and understanding. I hold a judgement - free space for individuals to discuss difficult topics.

My Approach

I utilize a variety of interventions in my clinical practice to provide the highest quality of services and care to the individuals that I work with. I apply a blend of several therapeutic approaches that focus on your thoughts, emotions, patterns, somatic experiences, and behaviors. I use a person-centered orientation to validate your lived experiences while pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I utilize Brainspotting to help people get "unstuck." I like to use humor throughout sessions and please feel free to swear as much or as little as you please during your time!

I recognize that you are already doing so much and have many strengths (even if you don't see them yourself) to build off of during our time together. I encourage continued growth towards your goals and dreams. I enjoy incorporating body movement and mindfulness into sessions as much as you are comfortable with. I welcome sharing songs or other forms of media that speak to you that help me learn more about you. I support individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, self-harm, anger, trauma, boundaries, relationships, identity, self-esteem, self-worth struggles, and much more!

Most of all, I am open to your feedback about our sessions. Want to know what is working well and what you might want to change/alter in our sessions. Therapy is a collaboratively build safe space to discuss your needs, challenges, fears, and hopes.
